You did what I was beginning to think was the
impossible - selling our townhouse. We had it on the market
just a couple of months ago with another Realtor. It was up
for 6 months and just wouldn't sell. Our Realtor had every excuse
in the book; the carpets aren't new, you have kids, you have
pets (2 dogs + 2 cats). By the end of the 6 months he was blaming
everything under the sun. Bottom line, he just couldn't sell
it. When we requested advertising in any way he just had a mouthful

we had only 5 showings and that included open houses. Needless

My daughter and her husband were under a deadline
to sell their home in Etobicoke and were becoming increasingly
frustrated and anxious since they had received only a few showings
and no offers with the agent they had appointed. They consequently
decided to obtain another agent and, being impresses with the

that our move caught up with us much quicker than expected,
and we're only now catching up on things. We wanted to write
to thank you for your professional and caring approach, which
resulted in the sale of our house within hours at close to our
asking price. We had listed our house once previously, and endured
